Writing Process

Eventually determine what you want to write about and perform a pre writing, or gather ideas for your plot.

After that has been accomplished choose a format to write under. For example…

Poem- A series of texts influencing your emotions.
Non Fiction- Real World
Fiction- A statement
Essay- Proving your evidence


When your final format piece has been edited, send to your support group members. So that they may share their opinions.

Summative Essay Basics

Opinion- Can you relate it to yourself what’s your response after reading this novel?

Theme- What was the entire subject of the story?

Text Evidence- Sub themes supporting your topic.

Point- What was the mode of literature, but how did the symbols and characters relate?

Text to Real Life- Evidence supporting story from real life.

How it was Written- What was the level of sophistication? Was it hard or easy to read?

Introduction

Thesis- Is a statement embedded to your essay to express an opinion. It may connect the reader, in addition allow them to understand your opinion of your topic.
Topic Sentence- Shows reader topic.

Humanity strives with success depending on themselves and development, the hardships that people are privileged to encounter may guarantee experience, as a tree grows in Brooklyn it adapts and evolves, as does Francie capturing aspects of life as she progresses.

Technique- Explain topic of coming paragraph.
Supporting Facts- Adding on to essay, but causing reader to think.
(5 to 8 sentences total)

What not to do

Never use I think.
Make sure you sound intellect.
Never refer to your paper “I think this paper… Like I said before.”
Never use a symbol to replace a word.
Never address a reader “Now you know.”
Never list anything.
Never use unnecessary sentences.
Write numbers as word unless it’s longer than two syllables.
Don’t use parenthesis, you want commas.

Conclusion

Reiterate Thesis- Rewrite your thesis and post it to the beginning of your conclusion.
What do you want the reader to think about this… Act/ Change/ Behave?
